For what it's worth, Jack, I'm glad that you did not end your life when you were a teen or in your early 20's. Only you are responsible for your life so I have no right to critique or criticize you if you had committed suicide BUT you are in this life frequency for a profound reason. I don't know what your lessons are. But I know or believe that you chose to incarnate in this, the most difficult "school" or experience so that you as a spiritual entity can learn or experience the lessons you have chosen for your spiritual growth. I will say a prayer for your spirit as a prayer of support for you. Thank you for sharing your experiences and your expertise with us.

Sounds like you astral traveled, I have had 3 out of body experiences while being a sleep. I was fully aware that I was not dreaming and that I was away from my body in other locations with total clarity, as if I was actually there in physical form. Once someone has this awakening there is no going back “in a good way” for me it was well now I know, the cat is out of the bag, I now know we don’t die. Interesting I spent years working for himalayan masters. They wondered why the tunnel nde experience is very common in the west, less so in Asia (or was) where they have always known about such things. They said it is because western people think they have to go somewhere,, distance, duality. Don't already know it is all within, you are already there.

I went through profound experiences and talked about them with family--> they got scared....I even met Jesus as a child with my brother. He's light pure light and love out of this world. Thank you. Had a very similar experience and I have yet to figure out if it was a partial kundalini awakening or a partial astral projection. I was meditating and suddenly I because aware again (which means that I was off-line for a bit before that), and in this awareness I saw a pinhole of bright light that quickly grew larger and then it enveloped me. I was now INSIDE this BRIGHT tunnel and the walls had grid lines on it. My body felt weightless like a flying dream feels. At that moment I thought to myself “oh my god something is happening!”, and as quickly as the tunnel came it went black again and I was back in my body, laying in my bed. I ripped my eye mast off and stood up and my body was vibrating as if my cells were n a bath with an electric current going through it. That very uncomfortable feeling lasted 7 days. Then came a really dark period n my life that lasted many years.

Jack do you think my prayers for my estranged son to be awakened will be helpful? Or is it something he has to be seeking? My worry as a Mother that my son is struggling with few demons and I wish he will realize that he has a full life ahead of him to live fully and happily since he is only 24 years old! I had a brother who was alcoholic and was a bright sculpt artist who died without ever getting over his addiction and now I worry about my son waisting his life away because of pent up anger! I feel guilty for not knowing how to get him to be a more positive person and not be addicted to things to deal or run away from his problems! Any help to what I can do besides praying since he has not talked to me for over a year now!!!

Who am I? The Eye

Yes, when he was looking at his thoughts and asking who is thinking this thought, he was letting go of thoughts of the past and future and falling into the Present Moment. Thoughts of the past and future obscure the awareness of the Light of Love in the Present Moment. When he met the Light of Love he felt like he was going to die, because he was looking at the Light through the eyes of his ego, which felt like it was going to die, which it was. When he entered the Light and found that he had not died, all of his ego fear left him. (The ego is literally a fearful thought.) Many religions and practices talk about purification. All purification is is letting go of fear, which is letting go of the ego. Now he is healing simply by being the Light, which is the only way to heal. Simply being the Light can inspire others to find their light, if they are open to doing that. The Light of Love will guide him to those people. We are literally our brother's keeper, because our Light is his Light, which we keep for him, until he is ready to accept his Light. The Light is us. We are all this One Light. The idea of being separate bodies or even separate spirits is an illusion. We are all this One Light. As we let go of fear we eventually go into this Light and become the Light. This is, of course, the death of our ego, which is why we find going into the Light so fearful. This is the metaphor of the Exodus. The parting of the Red Sea is letting go of thoughts of the past and future and falling into the Present Moment. The wall of water on one side is thoughts of the past, and the wall of water on the other side is thoughts of the future. The walkway in between is the Present Moment. This is the gateway to the Promised Land. The Jews went to the Promised Land and sent in spies to check it out. The spies said that it was a paradise, but the people there were too strong and would kill them. This is his fear of the Light. So the Jews had to wander in the desert until all of the fearful people had died. This is him letting go of fear and going into the Light, and it is the "purification" necessary to enter Heaven. The Crucifixion is also this metaphor. On each side of Christ was a thief. One thief represents thoughts of the past which is a thief of the Present Moment and the other thief represents thoughts of the future, which is another thief of the Present Moment. Christ appeared to be crucified in the Present Moment, because the ego sees the Light as it's crucifixion and death. Many people have versions of this experience. One woman had a dream that she was crossing a stream. As she walked on stones across the stream, the stones became smaller and smaller until she was afraid that she would fall into the water and drown. Another woman had a dream of walking up flights of stairs in an industrial building and walking over to a door and opening it. On the other side of the door was a drop-off to the street below, which would kill her. She was afraid of death and shut the door and walked back into the building. A little creature in a cloak (the Holy Spirit) came out and gave her a drink. She looked down and her legs were gone. (Her ego no longer had a leg to stand on.) She went to the door, opened it and jumped to her (ego) death.

So strange! I’ve watched so many of these NDE videos Because it reminds me of my kundalini awakening. I was just telling my friend not too long ago how I think kundalini awakening is a lot like a near death experience but while you’re still alive and now this comes up in my feed right after we started talking about it again.
