Hey Frey is the river back open again because I knew it was closed for the salmon run

How does that boat do going back upstream? Are you able to make it back up all the rapids and over that fish counting dam? I have a 12' with that same motor but wasn't sure if I could make it back up if I went down stream that way. Thanks
