Honestly the scene where they’re interrogating him after the battle proves the idea that they were programmed to not attack Anakin. He saw Anakin and didn’t get mad but then saw the other jedi(I forget if it’s tiplee or tiplar). Palpatine thought of it from the start

I never picked up on the fact Tup was that clone from Umbara arc, aleays assumed he was a brand new clone intrpdiced for the conspiracy arc, that makes his eventual fate even more tragic.

So you’re telling me the council couldn’t put 2 and 2 together first being the inhibitor chips that make clones commit orders forced on their will whether they like it or not and a few episodes later they find out dooku helped the creation of the clone army😂from those clues I’d assume that the sith has control to commit a order that forces clones to terminate all the Jedi
