"Im seeing cemetery photos of my peers, conversating like they're still here,if i die tonight" 2pacs style was one of a kind, never was off beat and smooth wordplay. 🐐
Funny cause the first 2 lines were Shakespeare’s quote ... but Pac wasn’t the one saying it “Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once”
Thats why no one comes close to PAC. Never afraid to talk about dying, cuz he knew his time was short. Biggie tried doing it but i felt it wasn't authenic.
Every minute could be our last in this world. We got to embrace death equally as life its self, I am still alive but I truly believe that when I die it will be a mesmerizing journey to a better place..🤟
Pac spoke death on himself. Power of life and death is in the tongue! Remember he was 25. That's young and dumb age. They said when. KOBE was young he would say the same thing. So this is facts
@@1CHOZN7 he lives, no problem if u disagree, 100 % left at 25, working on expunge record & possible next regime immunity ✌ dont know why i told YOU specificly but, remember u heard here first ✌
Word play on a different level always rhymes just think how clever he really was taken at 25 stared in films wrote scrips for films even wrote he’s own bits in poetic justice and above the rim a true legend I really think he coulda been president if he lived a longer life was all about helping the poor
pongrocks12 agreed. kind of. pac has some sick flow and beat like on "it aint easy" "teardrops and closed caskets" and this song. biggie is fucking pro at flowing perfect.
"A coward dies a thousand times before his death, but the valiant taste of death but once. It seems to me most strange that men should fear, seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come." -William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar
Ppl who say that are stupid so much of his verses r lyrically great ppl think lyrics now n just want smart bars and double entendres but they don’t understand the inter line rhyming assistance and sibilance and hard hitting nature of lyrics all comes under being a lyricist as well as delivery how u say and pronounce a bar matter just as much as it’s content with some rappers
Well as,Biggie, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Big L are the best MC but Pac is another level of them. He didn't follow their race. Pac have his own GOAT race where is different from them. He is lyrical poetry, and Rhythm. His message and delivery were even another level that no body couldn't messed with.
Ppl need to realise lyrics ain’t just how clever u are with wordplay/double entendres etc but ur delivery-how u say something also pac was insane his use of assonance and sibilance was god tier his inter line rhyming if u want to call it that was mind blowing when u acc out the lyrics on paper ppl talk about lyrics ya but don’t realise there’s so much more than simple what u say when u view his lyrics as mor poetry in terms of technical skill he’s one of the best lyricists
"dont shed a tear for me ni99a coz i aint happy here", what a rapper, what a fighter and abovve all he was real and wasn't a sell out like most of the others. Peace 2 All
pacs lyrics go deeper than what most ppl think im glad hes gone nd im glad hes nt gone its just so much shyt positive an negative about his death, it feels like i know em in a way . . rip pac
We were talking about Alliteration in my literature class, and I used this song as an example, and today, my professor is a 2Pac fan!!! Thumbs up for this poetic genius!!!
Dylan Boom too sad that he didn't start to be Makaveli yet to start his new chapter in his hip hop career. Makaveli would be the best if he is still alive and would be his prime era.
For a technical term the s sounding words being used next to each other is called sibilance pac utilised assonance and specifically sibilance a shit ton within his rhyming within his verses
its all about 2pac aint no other rapper ever come close and never will. true pac riders never die. luke solomons here repping pac till i die. rip 2pac.
@gungrave02 The song opens with a Shakespeare quote (from Julius Caesar) the line that goes (roughly) a coward dies a thousand deaths, a soldier dies but once. The song then explains that while he has tried to live like a solider, fighting all his battles, etc, that he has actually been a coward, giving in to his greed for money and fame, and thus essentially suffered a thousand deaths, and isn't happy here. I found this use of double meaning quite spectacular lyrically. Takes some brilliance.
Wdf . People takin shit too far . Calm dha fuck down , Listen to dha song , nd enjoy . Straight like that . If yall dont like Pac listen to fuckin Biggie or whatever . Ughh
I mean honestly, I think God wanted to experience life as the realest G and decided to come down as Tupac. People can argue that there may have been more lyrical rappers but definitely none more heartfelt, none more passionate, none who cared about his community as much, and none with more knowledge to drop. I for one knows that death is not the end. It is merely a doorway. Can you imagine the music Tupac is making now?
Wish I could of met you, I have so many questions and answers, just like I would for God. ♥️ Your missed brother and I felt and feel your vision. I'm kinda carryin on wit your vision, preaching. I look up to you Pac.
