Tupac Shakur Murder Suspect Gives 'Thumbs Up' Before Judge Sets Bail, Grants House Arrest

The man accused of plotting Tupac Shakur’s murder back in September of 1996 could be released from jail after a judge set his bail at $750,000. Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested for the crime in September of 2023, nearly 30 years after the deadly shooting. If Davis posts bail, he’ll be required to wear an ankle monitor and remain on house arrest.

If it was the gun that those Crips used to kill 2pac there’s no way that gun is being destroyed. They would’ve arrested keefe at that moment. Wasn’t the gun. It was probably the gun Reggie says they got off of fatal and never gave back to him and claims he gave it to his security guard who threw it away in the ocean in the Bahamas.

The funniest part is I went to traffic court once and I literally thought prior that you just go in by yourself and talk to the judge lol then I was like nah you tell your side in front of all the other people charged. No sightings after hit. Plus google map has a curb there. If you u turned , it would have been noticeable that a car hopped a curb and u turn.

The seriousness of danger to victims or any person the case. The chances are high because people are afraid of him still as of 2022. The last report im guessing. She said there's credible sources to back that up but the FBI isn't providing assistance to those people. Rats? She ruled in the prosecutors favor as 1 serious factor, or point, as a reason not to give him bail.

What's scary is I was watching an episode of forensic files and this lady who was an addict got arrested but was given bail. Later the DA got a promise she be a witness against some dealer/murderer she knew about. After that guess who posted her bail. She got out and never seen again . He eventually got arrested for her murder but didn't admit where body is until long after .
