When people say Tupac was ahead of his time this is what they mean. But I don't think he was ahead of his time, he was just more woke than everybody else, tbh ain't shit changed in the last 60 years it's been the same nothing changed when he gave this speech and nothing has changed today, it's always been the same, some of us just turn a dead ear to these issues

What he's saying is stand for something no not just for yourself but for YOUR children and grandchildren future. If our parents and grandparents had thought about us, we wouldn't still be in the same abused and oppressed state today. Oppression is a state of.mind, they can only do what you allow them to.

Here’s a fun fact: My Mother was actually there at that event, when Pac was speaking behind the podium. 💯💯💯 The Indiana Black Expo was back in 1993 down In Indianapolis, Indiana if I’m not mistaken. I could be incorrect on that part.

This man was a threat to the government and hence they took him from us. The wisdom for one so young is such a rarity that you can't compare him to no one that came before or after him. Still sorely missed. Rest in Power Pac.
