T5 will be fine, way stronger than getrags, just don't dump the clutch in 3rd. Also rods and pistons will be fine, stick to 8 degrees at peak torque and taper up to 10-12ish. Keep afr's around the 11.2 at peak torque and 11.5-11.7 up top and it will live forever without smacking limiter 👌 15pounds should see 430wheel all day on am eco with a gt35. Will be a weapon in a VS 💪 Also I wire haltech's into commodores a lot, can send you guys a base map already sorted for boost 👌👌👌
Turbo Holden DOSEE ! OWWFFF ! Young TJ is Good on the tools, impressive welds love ya work ! Well done brother. Keep the TJ Content coming, I'm looking forward to seeing the apprentice do some SKIDS !
This makes me sad when my vs sedan is off the road from a spin out and smack into a gutter fully ruined the rear suspension so it'll be off the road for a bit and just got new wheels for it so pretty sad right now
Looks like the build is coming along nicely, loving the coverage of all the Reet cars. On another note, my daughter (5) and son (7) also love watching the drift and build videos. Would it be too much to ask the editors for some *bleeps* or at a minimum a little disclaimer at the start. Love the cars but still trying to raise the little ones right. Carry on the great work boys. 👍
In all honesty I got a severe fright when seen that thin plastic thing on top of gutters front of windscreen VS , i thought here we go , but no it was weight saving like on a Japanese Zero no detriment
T5 isn't that bad, I went through 6 Autos before converting my 5ltr to manual and the T5 did many drift practice nights, burnout comps dumping in second and also some dumb shit on the road and was still loving life when I took it off the road
