The twin turbo LSx Opel is back! This time we found the twin 76mm turbo LSX Opel at a airfield event just outside of Stockholm, Sweden at a No Prep event call LandRacing! The CRAZY driver named Dennis is one of those characters you never get tired of watching. The Opel FLIES out the hole and swinging for the fences ALL THE WAY down the track. Competing in the big tire class, he does his best to gap the competition!

We normally do 1st gen small blocks and big blocks here. A lot of big block stuff in Aust

LS blocks cost a crazy amound of money over here in Europe, let alone performance parts. Most people slam big turbos on their Existing engines or they build a 4 / 6 cilinder European engine which can handle high power like the b230 or C20LET in case of Volvos and Opels. Highly modified 700+ hp B230 costs as much as a stock LS over here. Also, the fetish for 8 cilinders isn't really going on here like in the us where you got to have a V8 to be taken seriously.

It's Sweden and Scandinavia. Everything they do there is crazy. Norway and Sweden has a ton of drag racing scene and many of their cars are insanely powerful be it American muscle or just pure imports or simple sleeper Saab and Volvos.

Opel Kadett - the epitome of european low budget rear wheel drive power to weight ratio madness! Even without LSX swap you can get 240hp/900kg for about 5 grand if you put a modded Opel GSI 16V 4 zylinder in it.

Quite common here in Sweden. We don't have many permanent drag race tracks, so they often use a landing strip (for hobby use, no regular traffic) or part of a racing track.
