This is a great practice for me. I am experiencing pain in the lower back and have been advised to avoid backbends. With some care I was able to do the series of poses without lower back pain. This is a sequence that is not heavy on backbends but is still vigorous.
I was nervous because of the title "turbo vinyasa," but this was an excellent practice. It was not easy but not anything to be afraid of. :) Thank you, Cat.
amazing flow once again, i look forward to doing this one on Monday again before class - ive been doing yoga consistently for two years with your videos, and waking up an hour early is totally worth it. Thank you for everything, your work has helped so much with everything from anxiety to body image. a quick request though - would you do a flow for back/shoulder flexibility? thank you so much again !
