Well the clapping is something I hate when people do it when the plane lands but this landing was beautiful especially with the winds. Sometimes pilots can’t even land like this in normal conditions
I experienced one hour of severe turbulence holding pattern Denver Colorado. Lightning striking the plane, people praying and I swearing. This flight is a little rough but could be a lot worse and a lot longer in duration. The flight did not lose much attitude.
Damn, people! If you want to clap, clap after the plane has come to a complete stop. It's so silly to clap when that huge thing is speeding down the runway, a huge number of plane crashes have happened after landing.
Damn, guy! Take your chill pill. People clap becouse they are on the ground again and they are happy. After touchdown, there are no much risk anymore. Reverse thrust and Soeed brakes slows down that „huge thing“ immediately. Get a bit informed about aviation.

Understand that we have been flying for at leadt 5-7 years just to really be good and that doesn't include the training we do. Everytime u fear remember we been doing this a little while like driving a car

I'd be clapping too! They say turbulence is nothing, but it scares the heck out of me. I once flew across the US to Los Angeles at night and when we reached the eastern LA basin there were strong Santa Ana winds. The pilot flew the plane very low--it looked like we were just over the rooftops, and the plane bounced around all over the place---even looking out the windows things were blurred. The flight over the LA area seemed to take longer than the rest of the flight did--from Washington D.C. to there. We were cheering when it landed at LAX. Bravo to the pilots
im telling you as a pilot it aint that hard its like driving over a bumpy road I actually enjoy it lowkey just remember we are highly trained for this every time you fear
@@rylanpeters8140 Thank you. Fear is not rational. Maybe if I was flying the plane I would be fine, but riding with a hundred or more other terrified passengers is not a relaxing experience.
@@rongenung I gets u I use to fear a whole lot try to learn about it like I did u fear something u don't understand I always find it funny to see people react the way they do. All those terrified passengers get in a car even without driving I get it tho just keep in mind the saftey and that it takes us years to work up to the airlines we experienced
It still amazes me that 99.999999 percent are fine. I'm amazed that dozens aren't smashed into the runway everyday. Like my reoccurring nightmare of driving out of control from the backseat.
Congrats to the pilot for doing his job. Next Time i will applause the Uber drive for dropping me off. 😂😂 People believe in god two times in their life : when they are almost dying and the second one is when there are turbulences 😂😂

I remember following through the last time i experienced turbulence. Honestly the shit was all over the place. Felt so embarrassed an frightened. Me bowels just gave in to the fear. It was a horrible, horrible time! The smell was horrible an the surrounding passengers just gazed across at me because they knew the foul smell came from my vicinity.
on my flight we jumped, we trembled, the plane turned around in the air, a lady almost vomited, people screamed, and I with half a heart attack on top, people prayed and when we arrived in Orlando there was a storm and the Pilot took off again and everyone was assailed I was like praying like every 5 seconds and when we finally landed we waited like 20 minutes since we had landed in the wrong terminal and they had bringing some stairs down that was horrible
For some reason, I love it when there is turbulence when flying. I guess nearly the whole journey, the plane is on autopilot doing nothing so it’s boring but when the plane starts moving, it’s more enjoyable. It’s insanely amazing how the pilot managed to land the plane in the storm.
You should just fly through the clouds through the journey instead of avoiding them especially the CB clouds. You can enjoy as much turbulence you can. I would rather enjoy the smooth ride especially during meal times.
@@Wunaladreaming744ER Oh of course during mealtimes but maybe this was a long haul flight 4hr+ for example and for at least 2 hours or more you were going to be just be perhaps reading a book or magazine or smth, I’d like some turbulence then so the exhilaration of “hold on tight here we go!” kinda thing if you get what I mean. And yeah in clouds even better, sometimes it’s a bit boring seeing the clouds so far below you.
