Congrats to the Greek national team, they deserved to win. Turkish coach had to do only one thing to win: Defend Calathes and Sloukas's pick and roll game. And he failed badly.. Dogus Balbay is the only Turkish guard who can match the physicality of Calathes. The coach didn't call him and called young or non-physical guards instead or he tried to defend Calathes with Melih, who is the worst defender. Turkish coach also had to play a faster-paced game to beat the static Greek team but he failed on that as well. In the end, Turkey needs a new coach who's gonna make this talented team play fast-paced basketball. Maybe Ataman, Kokoskov, or even Sarica. And obviously, Turkey lacks decent, experienced guards but they have talented and promising players. With good coaching, they will be fun to watch :). Peace.

Respect to Greece in qualifying for the final and good sportsmanship from Turkey shaking hands at the end of the game. It saddens me to see so many racist comments from Greeks directed towards the Turks on this post. Ashamed to associated with Greece despite a great game. Also, racist comments directed at Giannis and Thanasis who have given a lot to Greek basketball over the years... needs to stop.

Turkey Greece competitions are always full of surprises in every sports and this is the beauty of it. My personal opinion Turkey has a better players which managed really bad as a team by its coach and Greece fought better after a point in this match. Congratulations from Istanbul!

Congrats to staff of greece. Our squad was deeper and started way much more strong but Greece fought back good with the help of coach. Jedi messed around and killed our momentum. Sad but this is basketball.
