You are right though - both Feng Duan and the former head coach Nan Li didn't have enough SFs in their roster not because they didn't want to but because there are so few good domestic players at that position. The SG/SF position on a CBA team is usually filled with a foreign player who's either a scorer or a playmaker so it's really hard to groom talents when they don't get any playing time, or is very unidimensional... I do believe though that there will be more talents at SG/SF position due to the reform of CBA and how scouting evolves to fill these gaps.

fiba和fifa规定不同，简单说fiba归化可以好几个人但是一次比赛只能上场一个人。足球人数限制少得多，所以要搞就大搞特搞。篮球搞了归化也只能有一个人，能有一点帮助，但是其他人还得考自己。搞一个其实也没什么丢人的，欧洲队伍很多都有一个归化美国外援来补充一下球队的短板。
