Hey friends! I had a lot of extra turkey even after feeding 15 people, so I wanted to share some ideas for recipes to use up turkey leftovers that go beyond turkey sandwiches (though don't get me wrong, several turkey sandwiches were also had by my household)!

Great Video, those croquettes looked awesome! I just pressure canned the rest of our leftover Turkey, got 6 pints of Turkey in broth and 6 pints of roasted Turkey Broth.

Mashed potato tortillas is called lefse. It is Norwegian and has been around for a very long time. My grandmother cooked it on a woodstove that was in the basement.

Everything looks so good, but I am definitely making those potato, turkey and cheese fried things! They just sounded so delicious when you were eating them. All crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Yum! Great ideas for leftovers. Love from Texas

Yum! Loved these ideas! I have only a little turkey, some cranberry sauce and some green bean casserole leftover. I did have a big bowl of mashed potatoes left so I made a cottage pie with it today. The few other things I will put in Tupperware containers and make a couple of frozen lunches from for work! No waste for sure these days!

I’ve always used an egg wash on my pot pies and it keeps the crust better for reheating later😊. Great ideas. I love❤the potstickers! Definitely not the usual leftover turkey recipes.

You know what my family likes me to make with the leftover turkey? Empanadas ! I buy the dough disks make filling like your won tons and paint with egg wash, and bake in the oven..But I love your wonton pot stickers!

I made Turkey Noodle with either cavatappi or cellentani... Those super squiggly pasta noodles in the soup were fantastic

The bigger turkey legs are from Tom turkeys. Disney also uses them. Our local stores here sell them but they are pretty expensive. They usually brine them before cooking. That is what gives the smoked legs their rich golden brown color.

Amazing ideas as always! You guys should try chicken pot pie with biscuits on top instead of pie crust, I always used bisquick until we saw someone do it that way and holy wow!! Never looked back
