Really tender and tasty. I used mushrooms instead of zucchini. Made a gravy out of the remaining broth. Thanks for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients except meat should be at room temperature. A 1/4 cup of milk instead of chicken broth will make meatballs more moist. You should mix all ingredients well before you add the meat. It will mix better. Manga!

It blends MUCH better if you add milk...add eggs to milk , stir well . Add all rest of ingredients except turkey, and mix. Then add turkey and hand mix. Brown them in the oven is better and easier. I'm surprised Martha didn't explain all that.

This actually looks really good. I’ve never tried turkey meatballs I’m not generally a turkey guy. I mean I am a turkey butt that’s a whole different issue. I am a beef and pork guy and if it comes down to it then chicken. But apparently ground turkey specifically the festive brand is a whole lot cheaper than anybody else he hurt whoever. It used to be like a third of the price of everybody else including butterball now it’s only like half the price. But still they have four options in 1 pound logs they have regular ground turkey they have turkey sausage they have taco seasoned turkey which personally I don’t feel it has enough taco seasoning but c’est la vie, and then they have an Italian style ground turkey which I have not tried yet. I’m really serious about turning some of that into the meatballs Like she has demonstrated. Definitely don’t know how I feel about carrots and zucchini, but I might consider it. Onions I’m down for. The Panko I never would’ve thought of, I think I would try to incorporate some kind of finely shredded cheese I don’t know. It’s intriguing. And I am most definitely picky
