2-3-2 is a deal killer for me, especially for an 11 hour flight. In every seat, you have to either climb over your neighbor or have them climb over you.

I agree. Having just flown Business Class on Singapore Airlines (A-380) there is no middle seats.

True, but it has its upsides as well, it can be nice to be able to have a window seat where you can sit together with your SO for example. I'll be flying from Amsterdam to Tokyo on the 777 and back to Amsterdam on the 787, so I'll get to experience both for comparison 😀.

Recently flew on Turkish eonomy and muss say that I was truly impressed. Everything was top class. Definitely one of the best airlines out there.

This was an amazing flight, cabin looked really good and fresh, food look extremely good and tasty, and the crew was amazing! Not mentioning the 777 being my favorite widebody aircraft! Well done on all the great catches! This is officially on my bucket list now!

So good! I've been looking forward to seeing your video of this flight, and it has only confirmed that I *really* need to try their business class product. I also see that the inter-terminal train at ORD was still broken when you were there so you had to bus it like I did...haha. Awesome video!!

Turn out the inter-terminal train isn't broken, it just operates on Saturdays? I have no clue as to what made them do this. You do, their food is amazing, Now I'm just waiting for a chance to try out Austrian, which based on your video, their food looks just as good as Turkish's.

Flew Turkish airlines business class b777 from LA to Istanbul (which was a 13 hour overnight flight) not long ago and was really impressed! The crew were lovely and food was better than I expected.

Kay Lou the seat, amenity kit and IFE is good. The seat also has alot of legroom, much more than a premium economy seat.

The seat may not be the best, but you have to agree that their soft product is amazing. Their A350 and B789 will bring a new all aisle access seat.

Exactly. 7 abreast!!! That's the worst business class config. As far as I know, only Turkish airlines does that. Even Luftansa offers 6 abreast only.

trent8002003 fly Emirates and kayak. Even United and British have 2-4-2. But don’t forget, they are one of the only airlines to keep a comfortable 3-3-3 at the back instead of the dreaded 3-4-3 many airlines use

A great video. Turkish Airlines has really improved over the years and has a very good reputation for customer service. I'm surprised that there wasn't a 2-2-2 configuration in BC, which would have been better in my opinion.

Jakeian Martinez I think 1-2-1 on The A330 and 2-2-2 on B777 and A350 and 787 which will soon be in service.

@@travia6688 nope the A330 has 2-2-2. the 777 has 2-3-2 and the 787 and A350 have 1-2-1 which gives everyone direct aisle access and privacy.

I have not tried Turkish in business class, but I did fly them back when they had premium economy, probably the 2nd best premium economy product I have tried, behind BMI, but certainly way ahead of VS or BA. The food was the same as in J, just a smaller selection and less personal service.

The shoe horn is because some people's feet swell up when they take their shoes off on a flight. Makes it easier to get the shoes back on especially if they aren't wearing sneakers.

I was born and raised in chicago and I don't get is why ORD (after all these years) still make you gather your bags and bus it to T5. I mean would a gate side shuttle to T5 really hurt?

We have a tram but it's down. They're rebuilding it. There will be a new rental car facility on the other side of Mannheim and their extending the tracks to that facility.

I've just booked my tickets for a holiday in Turkey in early September. Turkish Airlines Business Class both ways, courtesy of all the air miles I racked up over four years' constant business travel in a previous job. I'm looking forward to it. I'm expecting the newer Lego-based safety video. I didn't like the old "magic man" video either. He looked so smug and self-satisfied.

Look, If Emirates is a 5* airline, then Turkish is too, after all, Emirates also has 2-3-2 in business, and worse, they have 3-4-3 in economy. Imo Turkish deserves much more recognition than Emirates does.

Going to Seoul from Scotland in October in Business Class, both Emirates and Turkish have 2-3-2 on their 777`s, not willing to paying 5k to walk over sleeping people, or them walk over me, every seat should have direct aisle access. Turkish Airlines main selling point is their food, all done by Do & Co, Brussels based company who make the best food in the clouds. I will probably end up booking Qatar, they use the Airbus A350 and 787 from Edinburgh, both offer direct isle access, so civilised, word of advise to one frequent flyer to another, - PLEASE - NEVER - put your slippers on before departure, if you have to evacuate you could be walking on burning fuel, broken glass or body parts ..nice video, stay safe.

Great video! But how come you didn’t go to the Polaris lounge? Even though Turkish “sends” their passengers to the swissport lounge, star alliance rules and Polaris Lounge rules allow you to access the Polaris lounge before this flight.

I wish I could’ve gone over to the Polaris lounge. Unfortunately once we passed security we only had 15 minutes before boarding began. And with the Polaris lounge being well over 15 minutes away, I had no chance to try it. Hopefully some other time though

Está "perrón " el servicio en business class" el servicio a bordo está En Inglés. Te dan almohada, pantuflas , cobijitas y bebidas en cristalería. Puedo decir muchas cosas, pero me encantó el servicio. Falta mucho mejorar el servicio en las Aereolineas mexicanas.
