A very popular soup in Turkey. According to this recipe, it turns out very tasty (but for lovers of offal). We like this soup very much (except for my daughter), I really hope you will like it too.
Ingredients📝
0.5 kg offal (peeled, boiled beef tripe)
1 liter of water
1 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic
For the sauce
1 glass of yogurt (200 ml)
2-3 st. tablespoons of lemon juice (to taste)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vinegar 5%
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. l. flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 tsp paprika
Garlic Sause:
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
