The popularity Coral Tuile has been increasing for sometime now. It is incredibly delicate but crispy and is used for modern style plating for visual impact as well as additional texture. Here I experimented with some Turmeric instead of other food coloring targeting to use it as a garnish for Nepalese food. I was happy with the result. The taste was similar to that of Pakoda.
