I'm not really sure of the point of this (or any) generative AI tool. It's not useful for planning out paintings - why not just plan paintings the regular way?

I find this tool helpful if you are the type of artist that goes out and takes your own photos that they plan to use as reference photos for a painting. If you get stuck or not sure how to approach an element in the painting... this tool can give you some ideas or inspiration.

@@WildCreates Gotcha! Some people might find this useful. I personally don't find generative AI helpful with the creation process (I take a lot of photo reference as well), but I also have different experiences and preferences. Something I *do* find really helpful (and you are probably familiar with) are simple tools like blur or black/white filters. It can really help narrow down values of an otherwise complicated reference, and it's much easier/cheaper to use than an AI action. (Cheaper, meaning you don't need an Adobe ecosystem to utilize them! Most smartphones have these filters and they're really great for artists on a budget). If you haven't already, I'm sure my fellow viewers would love you to go over these features! "Value does all the work, and color gets the credit," right? :)

I enjoy showing people tools that can help them be a better artist or ease them into certain parts. Personally for me, I always struggle with foreground elements. So having a tool like this helps me with ideas to brainstorm or just see what is a possibility. I do use photo filters all the time - They are great tools and you are right... the best part is price... FREE :)

Not awesome. So now painters do what? Painters can make more complex things with more types of media or in three dimensions..
