Turn your Behringer 2600 into a rhythm box. 

I wanted to make a case for it as well. Might do it someday.

@@awpMusic1 you can use the clock input by sticking in a plug with cv signal halfway(!) in the socket.

Any synth with noise can make all drum types. But Arp2600 is anyway usually more flexible compared to other mono synths…

@@AaronNickols88 You have Arp? Or planning to buy one? I got one but I sold it…just to big for my room, to many cables…I really recommend Crave! It is very cheap and powerful. Some dude on YT has a whole video on how to patch it like a drum machine and Moog also has Mother 32 video with similar patching, which you can copy with Crave…Crave is basically Mother 32 clone. If you are new to this, just know that not only analog sounds good and learn one synth from a-z. Crave or MicroFreak are very good for beginners… cheap and powerful. Micro even More but it is not analog. But I wouldn’t compare these two synths…both are good and good entry points even if you plan eurorack. Btw. Osc frequency modulation can create fm synthesis…also good for drums, bells, percussion.

@@amazeus1980 yeah I got the arp 2600 blue Marvin. I was experimenting with some patches I created paired with the arturia key lab 37 and was jamming . I also got the novation bass station and the peak and the pro 1 .the pro 1 being my favorite cause it takes the least amount of time for me to create on but still learning that and experimenting . I'll check out the crave and thanks for the info on oscillator frequency I add that to my list of experiments

@@AaronNickols88 Look at Arp osc section...there is slider for FM frequency...so basically that is also FM synth.

It might be broken or, more likely, just a slight variation in settings. Also check your patch cables.

@@3ertin Well I did a second try and now it was ok. I watched for this try your tutorial on my bigger computer screen and so I could better see the positions of the patches, so lucky for me, my 2600 is alright 😀
