Genuinely curious as I’m getting ready to come to Springfield for training. Why don’t you find planet fitness near where you’re hauling and park there? They are usually in large parking lots in big shopping centers. I lift weights 3-4 times a week and do cardio 4-5 times a week. I suppose this is my biggest fear , not having access to a gym. Great video and info BTW

There is plenty Planet Fitness’s you can go to. Not all are trucker friendly tho. I just don’t like going out of my way for them. If it works out then great. Terminals are also great for that very reason.

@@Peruviantrucker thanks bro. Love your videos. My best friend is a dispatcher for Prime. He told me to stay far away from the terminals unless i like being stuck for a few days with all of their processes and checks. 😂😂

@@coachjoshuajones yeah, I know I can get a full PPL round if I’m hitting a terminal🫠. On the other hand if I get to stop at an actual gym I have to do everything in 1 day😅. Thank you for watching man!
