i was a lease operator for prime ,last for about 2 months .reason running alot of empty miles not get paid.when approach prime about it they start treating me like company driver ,am looking thia load pays 55 per mile .they start call it flat rate.they dont wanna tell me how much i got per mile that was EASYthe end of it,now COMPANY DRIVER WORKING 5 DAYS 2 DAY HOME.we just appreciate peruvian warrior you doing what you suppose to do.
for being a mentor you have alot to learn Your never going to get a student that drives your way we all started somewhere your acting like your the supertrucker of the company I have 1 million safe miles under my belt and have taught students how to drive the truck back hook drop and how to slide tandems to scale legally you let them learn the job at their pace not your rush rush rush pace not one of my students have ever got a violation or ticket and they are now considered professional drivers Again your not gonna get what you want every time
violoation of constitutional rights and wait until they use it against in court- so much for your 5th amendment. or worse the other party gets the footage and suits u and the company and you wind up in jail
I dont think you have to defend your position as a trainer. ultimately you are responsible for what he learns while he is with you. If he is unwilling to accept his role as a trainee, you need to get rid of him..
Sorry but you shouldn't be a trainer of anything or anyone. Maybe you can drive well but you're not assertive and have a very passive presence. Maybe it infuriated you when they didn't respect you but you don't have a personality that demands respect.
Do you still live at home with your parents? Does prime pay enough to support a house and a family. You seem like you stress out a lot supporting just yourself

You really need to buy a microphone as much as you speak. My TV is over 40 on volume and it’s a significant difference from commercial volume and your video. There are many microphones you can clip on your shirt or hat that they sell on Amazon and Best Buy. If you have a drone I’m surprised you haven’t invested in a cheap microphone.
I hope you are joking, but there are three things. I hear him just fine on my PC at medium volume. He is even louder for me at the same volume when he is in the truck. Lastly, if you didn't notice the little black box on his shirt, most likely, is a small Rode microphone that you clip on your shirt lol

As much as I hate to say it McDonalds is my favorite! But I haven’t eaten there for at least 7 months. I have also lost 40 lbs just watching my diet and have gotten off a couple of meds and have much improved blood pressure. Thanks for the video! Stay safe and enjoy the home time!!
6 McDonalds cheeseburger is one day is a good weight loss program. The grease will work wonders for your digestive system. Mcdonalds fries are the best the food is horrible though. If you love your job and get to travel the country and get paid. There is a value to that, as long as you are making your ends meet and make some money, life is good.
@@Peruviantrucker now that is gross, everyone from the grill to packing touches all the food except the fries. probably helps the mold grow. thankfully it won't stay in you that long hahahaha!
