Getting rid of the excess foam would make me so happy. And I am working on reversing some illnesses and being able to maintain more nutrients in the blending would be a plus! This product would be a great addition for my health journey.
Ordered the vacuum lid for the Blendtec. I have a container that's made by Alterna Jar that it will fit and then go on to my Vitamix 5300, or Vintage TNC Blenders. I like being able to use items that I already have to keep the cost down.
I have been living the smoothie life for over 10 years and this system looks like the perfect system for my smoothies not seperating all the time and taste etter
Thanks. I didn't know about vacuum blending and wondered whether there was any way to deal with the foaming and separation of blended drinks like smoothies.
I have a Vitamix E320 which is an Explorian model. According to the Void Customer Service Rep via email two days ago their system will fit my Vitamix. Perhaps your info on your video is incorrect? Thanks for a great comparison video.
Your video was helpful on how to use the Void Vacuum Blend Vitamix attachment. Thank You!! However, it didn’t explain the use of the attachments? Am I suppose to charge it 🤷🏽♀️? For the price, it would have came with directions, but mine didn’t.
I think one of the biggest benefits of the vacuum blending is no separation for a long time. I don't always finish my smoothies right away and the separation is a bit unappetizing.
@BlenderBabes I blend the night before and store in the fridge overnite. The next morning I just shake it up and then drink it. At 5am you don't want to be firing up a blender in an apartment.
Wow! This Void vacuum blender sounds fantastic! So amazing that you can turn a Vitamix into a vacuum blender! I'm very excited about the possibility of getting into vacuum blending to improve my health! 🎉🍇🍋🍊🍒🍋🍓
I have never had problems with foam, separation, color, freshness or loss of nutrients, when using the vitamix. I use it almost daily. Are there studies that back the claim that using the vacuum method gives you more nutrients?
Fruit only smoothies don't always have this happen. Foam/separation happens when there's insoluble fiber in fruits (ex: apple) and especially leafy greens. If you make a green smoothie it can happen a lot. Yes there are many examples that show vacuum blending gives you more nutrition since the produce is not being oxidized while blending. Just search online to find.
@@BlenderBabes I usually make green vegetable and mixed fruit smoothies but haven’t had that happen. I’ll look into it further and am open to learning the latest research. Thank you!
Will Blendtec jars fit on top of Vitamix Retrofit? While I have the kit, I'm a little underwhelmed by the void systems jar. I'm considering the wildside flow jar, but I'm not sure if it'll work with a Vitamix base with the Retrokit.
I bought this a few years ago and now it doesn’t work as good as it used to. It barely vacuums. You can’t avoid liquid from getting in the vacuum and whatever gets caught in there will mold. It started off great. Not so much anymore.
Are you sure it was a VOID vacuum lid? This product is pretty new I don't believe it's been 3+ years on the market. Was it for Vitamix or Blendtec or the blender?
A few years ago is most definitely the wrong information lol. It was a year ago I just checked. Feels like longer. I do believe they were out longer that that though
You came up in my memories today from many years ago. I've enjoyed the informative advice/suggestions, etc, especially during my three years of chemo/radiation and five surgeries. #bcsurvivor I've yet to get this Queen of blenders...maybe someday. Thank you for the chance. Entered.
It has to do with the smart system technology. I understand being frustrated that the VOID vacuum lid won't work with this model as of yet. I LOVE my Vitamix Ascent! And their food processor attachment that works with only smart system models.
Hi! Can you explain what you mean by round? The retrofit kit comes with a jar and lid for the motor base of classic Vitamix models. What model do you have? ~Tarashaun
Since the Vita-Prep 3 is a classic Vitamix model I believe the Void vitamix kit should work! Be sure to my code for the discount. :) Keep us posted if it worked for you ~Tarashaun
$300.00 dollars for just a lid that you can only use to vaccumm a container is way over priced. I am planning on getting a Vaccumm sealer for food. and I own a vitamix gifted +15 year ago and still working like new. That being said is there a just a lid that I can put on my vitamix container and use the vacuum sealer I'm going to get. Which just a lid by itself would be way cheaper
@@cv6473I swear I already responded to this but I can't see the comment. I was just joking in my first comment, but did look around on RU-vid and found someone who modified a stock vitamix lid with a wine vaccum. I'm assuming you could probably find a way to do something similar with the connector from your soon to be vaccum sealer (not all would be able to do this, mine doesn't, but that may help also pick your model for that if you weren't already decided)
@@konsolidated Open to suggestions. I was looking between food saver and avid armor. I'm trying to find piece that actually you put the vacuum too. NO sure what is called hard to explain and can't seem to find it on amazon. I know it's outthere just don't know what name they are selling it under. But was thinking of just DIY a top that will fit whinh the vitamix plastic cover for the jar. Since the plastic cover for the jar already has a really good seal.
30-50 years of health influencers coaching to do mega amounts of blending and smoothing. Now, unrepentingly, the trend is that blending sucks unless you have a vacuum blender. These same influencers suddenly acting like they always knew and taught this. How many $1000's did clients pay to the hypocrite coaches who got them psyched on blending for years..?
