I probably wouldn't make a special trip just to go to Fallow (I live 200 miles away) but if I end up in London and it's the right situation I'd definitely go, seems quality food that isn't mega expensive in a chilled atmosphere. Although I'll be honest, barring the odd training course, the only time I'm in the London is with the football lads and we're a bit jolly before we've got off the train so definitely not their clientele! :D
You guys are such fantastic representatives of the UK culinary industry. The transparency and honesty in the media you put out is wonderful. Can't wait to visit, and wish you all the very best.
The company I used to work at created the Images and CGI Animations of that building tower a good few years ago! Amazing to see the building finished and that you guys are moving in to the main retail space.
Went to Fallow for breakfast before I got married, best breakfast I’d ever eaten! These guys are class, and the staff were just wonderful. Good luck you deserve to be successful!
My restaurant build out was 2k feet using mostly auction bought equipment on a budget. This was a great episode seeing the other side. Thank you for posting this and good luck!

The restaurant looks amazing! Can't believe that coral wall was 3D printed, it's huge! Also, what an interesting concept, having a chefs table at the prep kitchen. Would be so awesome for non-chefs to see the bones of a kitchen, what goes on behind the scenes.

I’ve had the opportunity to be part of building a venue also as a head chef, but this is on a whole different level. It’s wild to think about every little detail that goes into these projects. Super impressed with how this has turned out. Great work guys!

Balls of steel you guys have... of course you made a name for yourselfs. But filling up this huge space with both guests and plenty of staff that has the right motivation.
