in the III's part of the video, you can see some white squares on the radar. you might wonder why. well, that is GTA's way of showing you that the icon for that blip is not present in your hud.txd - use the TXDMagic tool to put them back together

It's great but I can't stand those awful animations. There are so many GTA V animation mods but out of all of those he chose the default San Andreas "panicked pedestrian" animations.
