Lights are legal on private property and as far as the PA system goes you can use those but may get sited for excess noise like you would with a loud system if its heard within 50 yards

OG BMW days and i'm just not a fan of this style, it's why I don't watch the youtubers that make content this way, I get it, it's appealing to the younger generation, but I hope he doesn't lose his roots and push out all the dudes who've been here for years, seen him mature and all the successes he's made.
