Delpratt Family, you exude the philosophy 'Kaizen'. It's incredible to watch you plant the seeds that will germinate generational wealth, but ALSO serve to inspire your viewers. As Cass said in another video, you guys don't gatekeep. I've been a silent cheerleader for a while, but I want to publicly say you guys are a breath of fresh air! What would set the place off is making the cabinets more modern. Keeping the cabinets the same in the kitchen & bath. Swapping out the counter tops to quartz or Corian. Also, get high-end fixtures throughout. Preferably, matte black or bronze. Put a little western pizzaz.😊 59:15

Don't buy no LG Tv, me buy LG tv 65 inche and it give me so much problem first the LED light strip gone and so much more problems a so me fit it more problems arise until me just get vex and dump it in my store room. And had to spend more money go buy samsung tv me vex
