Now I wanna see like their archnemesis Cop enemies who are Bird of Prey themed (like Hawks for example, anything that hunts snakes) and they're competent but they always get just narrowly outsmarted by the end, Carmen Sandiego style

God I love this concept so much I want to see these girls commit so much crime 10/10. Tbh it would be great to see some more sci-fi adjacent concept, you could combine so many- Rococco space villains? Space pirates inspired by deep sea creatures Ala treasure planet? Cyborg team inspired by older styles of electronics like those clear gameboys? Potential everywhere

You could paint 2 space goddesses having a tea party while dressed in a vaguely rococo style, that or the room it self could be rococo inspired! (Absolutely love your channel btw, you really inspire my art and the videos make for great background noise while working! 💛)

Love all three space bounty hunters with snake decor, I wonder if they'll be more, like Diamond back, king cobra, viper, constrictor, python, anaconda, coral, asp, who know's.

These character designs and their backstories really remind me of the Starstruck comics by Elaine Lee and Michael Kaluta. I think you would like them. Their whole deal is that they're like wacky, vintage-inspired, space shenanigans.

I will NEVER not say "judgemental shoelace" ever again. It is part of my lexicon for the perceived future. I enjoy the campy vibes of the design, specially since one can go down the road of edginess with design motives and ideas such as danger noodles, and space bounty hunters, AND morally dubious characters. So seeing such a campy bunch of characters is both refreshing and inspiring to me. Feels like it's ok for me to also do campy with my OC's and my anxious brain thanks you for it :) And honestly, just the combo of ideas (that I already individually love) is so fun to me. Like, REALLY fun. I enjoyed it and the fact that you also had fun with it adds up to the enjoyment :D I really feel like Vine Snake and Pit Viper would have, like, an inside joke with eachother? And Bush Viper would have a time trying to get it. Like, in a comedic, light-hearted tone. Like a episode-of-the-week short of vibe, y'know? Maybe it's something embarassing for Pit and she's trying by all means that Vine doesn't spill (becuase she's a troll). Idk, it's just campy, silly fun. For names... my first thought was Scarlet for Bush Viper? Maybe Escarlata, which is the same name but in spanish lmao. Safira could be Pit's name (means blue gem), and then Nymph could fit Vine Snake, since the blue water lily is Sri Lanka's national flower, Nymphaea is the name of the genus it belongs, and the vine snake IS endemic to Sri Lanka.

My left ear really enjoyed the irl sections of this video 👍 But for real these designs are cool as shịt and as a snake lover I'm appreciative of the species selection Maybe if you do this again you could use a cornsnake morph like the palmetto or tessera cornsnake

Also, if you need name suggestions: Bush Viper - Briar (To reference the thorns of a rose, which are mostly red like the Bush Viper. Also, Bushes makes me think of Rose Bushes.) Blue Pit Viper - Baine (To reference Wolfsbane, a blue poisonous flower. It's also Irish for "White/Fair" to reference the White-Lipped aspect of the name.) Vine Snake - Ivy (Vines & Ivy's are the same, but, this name could also reference Poison Ivy.) Side Note: IDK why I went with a full-on flower theme here. I guess it's because I wanted the team to be named after flowers/plants to go with the beautiful but deadly vibes they got going on.

Now we need the showgirl inside girls too! They sound very cute and I'd love to see more reptile girls !! If you haven't seen it maybe check out the show firefly ? It's space western scifi and might be up your alley!

I’m especially in love with the blue snake she’s so pretty omg Maybe for one of these turning things into people you could go the more mythical route and design dragons! Maybe you could design dragons and maybe their human counterparts (that might be a bit difficult now that I think about it) but I feel it would be really interesting to see what way you would/ could design dragons :D

"The vine snake, aka judgmental shoelace" brought me so much joy, I needed that after this morning. Also fun fact: the white-lipped island pit viper's actually green in 99% of its range. It's only blue on, like, one island of its entire range. So that could be something that gets worked into her character somehow. Edit: I'm not surprised you struggled with the shapes - you chose two vipers (which have triangular heads and stocky bodies) and the vine snake (which is a shoelace with a narrow but still incredibly triangular head). You might have been able to have an easier time with the shape language if you'd chosen something that tended to another shape, like a cobra, a shieldtail snake, or hey - the tentacled snake. If you ever feel like trying a Part 2, you could shake things up a lot by just branching into other snake families.

ok as a snake enjoyer who owns a snake i have to give suggestions for next time!! mexcian black king snakes are black and iridescent. green tree pythons are green as adults but are born yellow or red, and turn green patch-by-patch as they age- perfect visual interest for a younger apprentice character. san fransisco garter snakes have a vibrant black-orange-cyan coloration. and flying snakes don't have the most unique pattern/color, BUT they fly by FLARING THEIR RIBS, so if you ever feel like doing body horror....... 👀

They fit the color stereotypes so well lol. Not a bad thing they just sorta fit. Like the red stereotype is the leader and is usually broody/burdened by their past and responsibilities or becomes that way over time. Blue is generally associated with water, speed, agility, and are either pretty flashy or stealthy and a lot of times seem to have some kind of dance something or other. Green usually seems to be the big "fluffy" character that's super friendly and kind and likes animals but hurt any one or anything they care about and watch out they're an unstoppable tank out for revenge.

I was watching this video while there was having an storm that almost FLOODED my house while eating coockies. But the good news is that our guinea pig pet is fine and did not had to reenact that Titatic scene! 😃YAY!!
