Tussling With A Tenant 

The plaintiff says he rented an apartment from the defendant, who refused to give him a stove and fridge. When he confronted the defendant about it, he claims he was punched and assaulted. He’s suing for emotional distress and assault. The defendant denies assaulting the plaintiff.
