True, my final message did end by saying I was dissatisfied with the total lack of customer service. You can choose to call that rude, but it was far less rude than not getting any response whatsoever in over a week -- even tho I had spent $500 with you and wanted to spend another $500, if it was available to me. It was reasonable to expect an answer sometime in the course of a week or more. Unfortunately, how to get help was not really clear on your website, inside your members area, or on my receipt. .... So all that silence forced me to try repeatedly to get the answer-- because I did not want to miss buying the product while it was available... I started to think maybe I was using an email address that was automated -- and did not get to a live person. If you had given the courtesy of a simple reply at any point, no matter what the answer ---it would have shown respect for my time and not created such a high level of dissatisfaction and frustration. It would have given me the tool I hope to buy months ago. And it would have given you the sale --and made a happy customer. I was not looking to interact. I just wanted to buy your product. You dropped the ball Amanda. Saying I was a difficult customer is nonsense.

My husband has had an LLC in food industry for a few years, about to venture out into restaurant ownership & considering food truck. I recently retired & want to assist him full-time with record keeping. Past records are not great but accountant has been able to use for tax purposes. Want to be better organized & I want to operate as bookkeeper. Not happy with current accountant but want a better understanding of revenue cycle. Thank you.
