I use it on the lowest setting which is 255*F if the hair is still damp, and if the hair is dry I use the second lowest heat setting which is 302*F. 🖤

No, with heat friendly fibers they will remain in the last style which they were heat styled. So when I straighten this and wash it, it will dry straight. If I go back and add heat style curls back in, wash it, it will dry with curls. Hope that helps!
