this really helps! I swear there aren't any tutorials on how to draw brown eyes, but this is definitely a great tutorial! I love how you make your people look natural, not covered in makeup! add even more realism!

I tried to follow this drawing tutorial but it was hard because I don't use faber castel color pencils so it was hard matching the colors correctly. I was wondering if maybe in a future video you could give equivalent colors from faber castel color pencils to like Crayola color penicls. thanks.

Amazing. Does using Faber Castell Classic Color Pencil instead of Polychromes will achieve the same Effects??

I have a few polychromos , and it is difficult to achieve similar results.

What is the difference between Polychromos and luminance pencil?

Luminance are wax based and softer so I use them to color bigger areas... Polychromos are oil based and I can sharpen the tip to a finer point what I mostly use for details.

Hi Emmy Kalia, is it okay to use watercolor paper on portraits using colored pencil? I have watercolor pencils but I want to achieve your style. Or should I get a smoother surfaced paper?

If you would like to go for a very smooth effect you should try smooth surfaced paper. I'm not sure how the watercolor pencils work on smooth paper though.
