@@SUVABeautyother makeup artists say that the red, green, blue are wrong. I disagree with that. What about if you were going to create darker skin tones.

The Hydra Liners are not recommended for the lips because they are water-activated :) However, we would recommend using our Opakes formula - this is a cream cosmetic paint and the same color theory can be applied when mixing. Add a little but of After Gloss to the formula if you're using it on the lips so that it's more comfortable to wear! You can also use Opakes for eyes and cheeks!
