Thank you for this video. I have an m6535cidn that is printing lines and dots in uniform patterns on the paper. I suspect the drum units require cleaning, what should be used to clean these?
Thanks for replying! I realize that this video is several years old. I appreciate that. I have a customer with this model. The yellow lever is sticking when you either unlock or try to lock it back. There is also a tech bulletin regarding the black drum making lines. That the reason I had to take it out. This happened twice even with the new Drum that Kyocera made to fix the problem.
