Megan Dutta my hair is bipolar, I'd say. Like it'll be very thick after I blow dry it, but there's times when its feathery after curling it. But naturally I have curly hair, but it became very frizzy. I rather have straight thick non frizzy hair

You dont even need to straighten your hair! Once you blow dryed yours its already straight, your damaging it and it doesn't look any different than the blowdry. I would do anything for your hair :(

Mine is permed & I'm trying to grow out the perm & when I blow dry my hair it looks straight like hers in the video but using a straightening ensures that my hair will stay super pin straight & less frizzy than blowing it out straight

A little trick I use when I straighten my hair, is that I use a comb. Just in front of the straightener. That way you can sometimes spare your hair from running thru it an extra time with the straightener. I spreads it and makes at bit easier. And om my hair, it makes it even more straight and sleek :-) - Love from Norway

I have recently moved to the UK from India and since here the water is hard water, i have a lot of hairfall. I have thick wavy hair like yourself but recently its just losing all moisture. nicky clarks are so amazing!!! it usually takes 2 to 3 hours to straighten my hair with lower end straightners because my hair is so thick , but since i have got my nicky clarks it takes like 10 mins and leaves my hair looking sleek long and flawless

Honestly, my hair does NOT straighten. I've used expensive straighteners, cheap straighteners, all the techniques, all the products but it still doesn't work. The ends allways curl right back up. The only times it did stay straight was when it was really damaged from bleach. smh.

I have the Ghd eclipse and omg im in love with it! I've had soooooo many other straighteners too and I've actually found that with the Ghd straightener I hardly ever have split ends or anything after I've straightened my hair!

I don't know if anyone has mentioned GHD's but they are literally amazing. They are slightly expensive but they are well worth it! I have very curly and incredibly thick hair and they are the only hair straighteners that work! I would also recommend trying the Tresseme keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner, they work great too! xo
