I definitely need some practice! I bend my knees too much and don't undulate enough with my upper body. Thanks you are helping me become a better mermaid!!
I liked it, the format and the demos were great, but the quality of the video was lacking. It is tough to film some of those pool top of the water pool shots....maybe a graphic would have worked better? Overall magnificent...I am going to try it! I will be i touch with how it works out, Namaste...
Je connaissais ce didacticiel, a la base c'etais un power point ou un truc similaire avec un menu mais en tchèque. merci pour la traduction même si les images parlent d'elle même. faut avouer que sans la musique (songs of distant earth de mike oldfield) ça perd un peu son coté ludique. je conseil vivement cette vidéo a tout ceux qui désirent apprendre mais aussi améliorer leur technique en mono-palme.
Je me demande si le mouvement est volontairement exagéré pour l'apprentissage ou si le mouvement démontré est celui à atteindre. Je trouve personnellement que la très grande amplitude du mouvement de son bassin provoque de bien grandes oscillations au niveau des bras. Par conséquence au lieu de parcourir 50m, il en fait 55. Après c'est clair qu'il exploite son point fort qui semble être la grande souplesse de son bassin m'enfin je suis pas sûre qu'il faille aller jusque là pour avoir une ondulation efficace. J'attends l'avis de quelqu'un de plus initié que moi en monopalme.
la souplesse du bassin permet une plus grande amplitude et une poussée au moment opportun, ça fait la différence entre un nageur qui fait le 100 m en moins de 40 sec et moi qui peine a faire moins de 57 et qui es souple comme un rai de chemin de ferl âge n arrangeant rien a l affaire.
