I'm not trying to be a Douche but you don't have to take off the Skid Plate to take the Drain plug out. Just take a 17 mm wrench turn it just enough to break it free then just go aheadand take it out. And it take more than 2 Quarts you are Starving the Motor of Oil. Also if you do Headder wrap Start from the Back and work forward because Mud and Debri Fly Backward so the Wrap isn't catching the Mud and dirt as much. When you start from the Front and overlap the Wrap you are making the Wrap seems face forward

there two drian plugs.. one on oil box and another on left side under shift pedal

Can I use yamalube 10W30? Right now it’s very cold where I am and I heard 10W40 is good for warm weather
