This is too hard. I cannot for the life of me get them to both be in the lock position! My old one was louder but way easier to assemble!

oh no!! i def has some trouble at first, you have to line up the images right.

Mine came together, and I couldn't get the top and bottom to unlock. Not the machine itself.

You have to read. Keep the top open to lock and unlock.

Same here, it seems it locks in place when it wants to but it is not simple to do so all the time. I would not recommend and I'm returning mine. The Ninja is better
