Hi thanks for the great video! Quick question: how can I set a window sensor to be excluded once the alarm is armed? I want to leave a window open when I leave the apartment. I tried both, with the sensor on "stay arm active" and "out arm active" but when I arm the alarm with the window open the alarm gets triggered. Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi friend, I understand what you want. Well the system itself, no that smart. Can not set certain period giving alarm for certain sensor, while not giving alarm for certain sensor. You can consider to turn off the 24h alarm for that door sensor first when you are out. Say manually control it in the App settings.

Hi friend, the panel supports WiFi (Connecting to Tuya Server) and RF433 (Connecting with different RF433 alarm sensors). WiFi panel has no relationship with other WiFi or Zigbee sensors, no direct linkage. You can connect RF433 sensors from different brands with the this alarm panel. Or set scenario linkage in Tuya APP between different tuya wifi items. Hope I made myself clearly. :)
Hi I hope you still reply 😊 I want to order a kit which comes with wireless door sensor. I want to set up the door sensor outside my house for the garage and I have wifi there, but I understand that this interface works with direct linkage and not over wifi, right? So probably it will be to far away cor the sensor to connect?
Hi Mar, wireless door sensor and Alarm Hub you mentioned (demonstrated in our video) is direct connection. The communication technology is RF433 which has strong wall penetration ability. Usually, 20-30m is possible. If it is too far and you worry about the unstable connection between RF433 wireless door sensor with alarm hub, then you can consider to install WIFI door sensor outside. Set senerio control in tuya app for sensor and hub. The logic is Door sensor--->Tuya Server--->Alarm Hub. Hope I made myself clear. :)

Hi Antoni, usually, most of the RF433 modules in the market are compatible with each other. EV1527 learning code or say decoding code is the popular one. If your sensors are RF433, but still can not connect to this alarm host, probably the learning code of your sensor is not EV1527. Codes are unable to match, then connection would be failed. This would the possible reason.
Hi how do I disable the alarm siren chirp sound when i arm/ disarm the alarm? I only want to hear the voice notification. There is no way to do this except to disable the voice prompt in settings.
Hi Edwin! Did you figure out how to disable the siren chirp? I am thinking about this alarm system but just want to make sure I won't be annoyed by this every time I arm and disarm it. Also, any other alarm system recommended? I know there are a lot out there but I want an affordable one, LOL. Thanks

Hi Joka, we can not say 100% support all SIM cards. Technically speaking, it should support all OK sim card. If you find the hub can not be connected through sim card, please check: 1. Sim card itself whether it is in normal working. 2. Whether hub itself, already turn on sms alarm and alarm call.

Hi Tuhin, there is backup battery in the alarm panel. If power switch is suddently off, backup battery will start to work which can stand for around 4 hours. So the alarm system is still working properly even your power system is off.
Hi, by default, we dont offer central monitoring station for this device, as it is released targetting at regular home security only. If you have existed central monitoring station, related SDK could be given for integration. :)

@@isecuselectronic630 thank you. I have a concern. The remotes have a static code, right? That would be easy to eavesdrop by someone with the right equipment waiting in a car outside the house and then replay it to disarm the alarm. Is that correct or am I wrong on that?
@@zoltar99 Hi friend, even the frequency is RF433, the encrypted code from different RF433 modules maybe not compatible with each other. What's more, to use the RF433 accessories, you have to register them into alarm host (Or say bind the alarm host with accessories) before using them. :)
Hi Jaime, it has no relationship with how many outputs from the slave sensors. It is convenient to bind any RF433 sensors with a WF433 & WIFI hub, just like 10 second you can make it, by sending signal from sensor to hub with a simple press. :)
