I also want to know about this. Even when WiFi is turned off some of the Smart TVs seem to send out signals

Since you’re experiencing the same connection issue with your phone, it’s unlikely that you have a faulty module. This can happen when the software are not up to current updates. Thank you very much for your quick reply! As you said I only disconnected its wire connection and took a picture of its module to find the replacement but I tried to do something extra. I sprayed a little perfume on its wire connection 😜 and then connected and realigned and rested the back panel in place. I was surprised, it worked. Tyvm

Good morning ☕️ Not always however Ethernet is a hard wired cable…and the WiFi module must still be able to communicate with the homes internet modem…even being hard wired. After we replaced our module, we had no issues moving forward. Keep us posted. 🧰

Thanks for watching, not off the top of our head. Best thing to do is carefully remove back panel and gain access to the module itself so you can get the exact part number from it. You can use that part number to ensure you’re purchasing the exact replacement part for your exact tv.

Thanks for watching, it can indeed. We had a viewer recently share that their wifi module was humming…not good…but it can click as well. You will want to replace that immediately, as the clicking can likely be a electrical short…which…well…is not safe. 😎👍

If you Google search TV Bluetooth module for your brand of TV and then select images, you can get a good look on how it’s set up in your TV.
