@@einhornpuffy4109 actually, yes!!! But bonnie and Damon had such a deep relationship that i can't call them frenemies. Alaric and Damon, maybe, but i wasn't a huge fan of that friendship as well. Rose and Damon, oh my fav friendship. That's why, caroline and Damon!

@@heroeus8173 technically he did… when they were in bed together Caroline see’s that he’s a vampire and he bites her and the next morning she realises and tries to run but he compels her into being his little slave and takes her consent away so no consent means he did actually rape her… I loved Damon’s character development but I hated him in season 1 because of everything he did and abusing Caroline was one of them.
@@heroeus8173 Almost all Ted Bundy's victims went voluntarily with him but they didnt consent to be killed. Most abusers are charming but the second you realise that they are not what they seem the consent goes out of the Windu.
Damon's speaking from experience when he says "you messed with the wrong girls feelings." Bet he's getting flashbacks of her kicking him down the hallway.
Caroline is the best example of strength and humanity on that show. It takes her becoming a vampire to find it though which is really ironic but at the same time kind of deep. Not like, kitty pool deep, really deep. She forgives her abuser and becomes super badass, has 2 babies while a vampire which is supposed to be impossible but is just cool, and saves her friends and family constantly. And then, travels the world looking for a solution to the twin fusion problem after losing her husband and other supposedly immortal love interest. She’s just super woman and I love her
I know that they are different clearly but I really do get a sibling vibe from them like they make fun of eachother and get annoyed but they care for eachother I love there relationship ❤
That is exactly what she meant, she was desprate for Stefan but settled for Damon but the second she realised what he was she backed off and he compelled her.
