Tvs never disappoint its customers always make practical bikes and Scooter.

I think TVS always offers more practicality on its scooters. Huge boot space and petrol lid in front so that rider doesn't have to get up are very convenient. Even the engine is sufficiently refined (although not as much as activa's) so does not make that much difference on that part alone. The only problem with TVS is that the service centers are horrible. They simply do not care about your vehicle and charge very high for a disappointing service. That's the only thing deterring me from buying jupiter 125

Generally in 1st service they just charge for changing engine oil, labour charge is free. If you have to change any part then they charge for it. 1150 is too much high.

My Jupiter 125 giving now 47 km/lt after 2 nd service.

I bought a TVS Jupiter 125 CC a year ago and it is having starting problem since then. The battery will completely drain if we don’t use the scooter for 3 to 5 days and the scooter will not start using Kicker also. We must remove the battery (it is not easy to remove the battery), charge it and connect it back to make it work. TVS service Center is claiming that it is a normal behaviour for a BS6 Engine to drain the Battery so fast. TVS service Center is also claiming that the TVS Jupiter 125 CC scooter has lot of sensors, and it will be consuming the battery even when the scooter is in 100% powered off state. I would like to know if these statements are correct, Can someone kindly clarify it ? Note: I have been trying to get answer for these questions from TVS management or from TVS Engineering team for last one week but no one is ready to talk to me apart from the customer center folks who doesn’t have answer for these questions. I highly recommend not to buy TVS Brand scooters. I am tired of owning it.

TVS showrooms staff are very proud in Secunderabad, Telangana, they don't care customer, and charging hugely in showrooms..... better I go for Honda

Hi, I would like highlight issues faced with my recent purchase of Jupiter 125 my this showroom, Dapodi, Pune. We are frustrated and regret buying this scooter and particularly from this showroom because of after service. For a new bike since purchased we are visiting their workshop. worst thing is their manager and sales people. The problems with Jupiter are lot of vibrations and misaligned ignition switch fitting. I can share all the emails, photos, videos and necessary prrofs as a genuine customer. We had heated arguments as well where they denied the support. Please help us if possible from your level.

2000 km review of Jupiter 125 owner do not buy this scooter it has one side suspension and it bends as you use and puts stress on your right arm , if you live in city with traffic it gets really hard

TVS should have kept it below 90000 onroad price. Why it is 1 lakh 7000 rupees?

It's only have single back suspension and that too is at right side. Which keeps me at skeptical whether I should buy it or not
