Back in August, I was hit by a drunk driver on my TW200 and broke 8 bones including my left femur and left radius and ulna. After physical therapy, I can now walk again but sadly, my TW200 died that day. I miss her, but somewhere in this video between 1:48 and 2:04, I think I saw her ghost somewhere out there in moto paradise.
Erich, so sorry to hear of your loss but elated with your recovery. If nothing else, let this video be an inspiration to find another TW and ride again. The roads and trails are calling you....
Wow! Excellent upload! I just got back from Tdubbing and this made me want to suit up, pack up, and head out again! This is definitely a bucket list ride for me. Well played and keep em coming!
Crazy, I remember thinking I saw your group running poison spider mesa (the trifecta) backwards…I looked the trip date and we were there the same time! I was shocked to see a tw200 on that trail and have wanted one ever since. Im buying one tomorrow, 4 years later.
Usually, I just get bored riding by myself. i would love to ride with a group of similarly 'skilled' riders. Most of my neighbors and younger and ride motocross.

Great video. Nicely done. I've been eyeballing the T-Dubs in this video and while most of your featured players have post-2001 TWs with the disc brakes, I think I saw at least one or two drum braked TWs in one of the lineup shots (3:16). I am _really_ curious how the front drum braked models fared in Moab - or just in general off road on the downhills. I'm probably going to pick up an older one.
@@vaquerokid4734 Thanks for the reply! Your feedback was the final bit I needed. I found a 1993 TW200 w/ 644 total original miles on it and promptly bought it. It's like a time-capsule from when Meatloaf's "I'll Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" was on the airwaves. I'd love to ride Moab. Maybe I'll run into you one day. Cheers!
Mines a 2004 that I rescued.. Did all the upgrades.. Best thing I did was an Amazon carburetor and jet kit. Runs FANTASTIC now.. ( Power core FMF exhaust) No choke needed anymore. It's just simply awesome now. I do wish I had a Kickstarter.. but it starts and runs great now.
Hi I enjoyed your video. Where did you get the skid plate/ crash bars for your TW? I seen them on 3 out of the 4 bikes. Or did you create the skid plate combo? Thanks
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Some of the trails we did were Gemini Bridges, 7 Mile Rim, Metal Masher, Poison Spider Mesa, Fins and Things, & Golden Spike. There were a few others we did as well, but I can't remember the names of them.
Great video, the music was very reminiscent of the 60s "Spaghetti Westerns". Are the engine guard bars at the front of the skid plates homemade or is some one selling them?
GREAT VIDEO ! HEY YAMAHA PUT 300 CC ENGINE THAT CAN KEEP UP WITH HIGHWAY SPEED AND CLIMB HILLS ! AND DRUM BRAKES ARE WW1 PERIOD TECHNOLOGY LOL OTHER THAN THAT IT'S GREAT FARM EQUIPMENT THAT COULD BE BETTER AS DUAL SPORT !
