AD | In this Tweak of the Week I'm trying Sofwave, the newest form of ultrasound treatment for stimulating collagen production and remodelling the skin.
I had the treatment with nurse practitioner Verity Nowlan at Dr Sophie Shotter's clinic where she talked me through the ins and outs of the treatment.
This isn't HIFU - it's an entirely different sort of ultrasound technology called synchronous ultrasound parallel beam technology. As Dr Sophie explains, this works at a depth of 1.5mm in the skin and can be used from the neck right up to the brow, to remodel the skin and give a lift.
