@pillarmusicrocks True, as I much as I hate to say it, Buckethead is just a bit more musically rounded. If you know what I mean...

@lavafab4 Buckethead started 10 years after Tony's first album. So Buckethead was influenced by Tony not the other way around.

@pillarmusicrocks Like all new "artists"? Yes, I am aware of that. Of course. Who wouldn't? But the thing is, they may seem rushed, but they're all good. He's just able to do that.

@pillarmusicrocks The tracks Electric Tears, Colma, Acoustic Shards, Electric Sea, and Siren 19 are all blind shredding? And I've only heard a few of cover songs out of him. (Wrathchild, a couple of Ozzy songs, etc.)

@pillarmusicrocks I guess you're not a Buckethead listener. He has pretty much covered almost every genre so far. Jazz is the only one he missed, but I'm sure he played it at some point.

@Nemiximail The lick at 0:12 is similar to the tapping lick in "Agrionia" at 0:44. Search for it on here.

@pillarmusicrocks If you can't, then, what are you talking about? I think it's kind of ignorant to believe quality and quantity can't coexist. So what if they've been playing longer? That doesn't mean they have to release a bunch of album.

@pillarmusicrocks Sort of, yeah. He wasn't just taught by Paul Gilbert, he was taught by Shawn Lane, Pebber Brown, Bootsy Collins, Les Claypool, and probably many others. A hit track here and there? 30+ solo albums only have a hit track here and there?? Bro, you need help.

Yep, ok, I agree, great lick.... BUT HOW CAN YOU USE IT WITH A MUSICAL BACKGROUND? I'm waiting for you to put it in some kind of song and then I could say if it's great, but for the moment it is too complex for my ears :(
