Tweetsie Railroad: 12 Takes Charge (6-5-23) 

On Monday, June 5th, 2023 Tweetsie Railroad operated locomotive number 12 for the passenger trains for the first time in 2023 instead of Yukon Queen 190, starting on the previous weekend of the ET&WNC historical society convention. Number 12 had a fresh coat of paint and had a noticeable rasp to her whistle, similar to how it used to sound in late 2018.
