I wrote a college paper critiquing the No Child Left Behind Act because it includes a provision that guarantees the US military access to urban black and brown and rural poor white Americans in public schools and excludes affluent private schools, resulting in disproportionate recruitment of the former groups. It's due to the type of federal funds that public schools are almost entirely reliant upon whereas private white institutions primarily rely on endowments for funding. Private schools can bar the military from recruiting on their campuses and don't have to provide the military with student contact information, but public schools do.
@@Monique319__ pretty sure all US males have to enroll for Selective Service within 30 days of turning 18. The private school exemption in NCLB is about the military not having access to affluent students or their contact information while they are in high school to recruit them, and of course, their parents wealth can always pay for deferments or exemptions, as in the case of former president bone spurs.
Lmao I love this conversation so much! We live in a country where hyper-productivity and "working hard" are shoved down our throats. I'm so glad I had a supervisor in my early 20s that instilled the importance of working smarter not harder. We should not work nonstop 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, for the majority of our lives. It's sad and downright unhealthy.

The iphone pictures and videos come in to android phones the exact same grainy ass way. It's really just because the two aren't compatible. I always have iphone users send me their videos on fb messenger or instagram messenger so that they come in clear.
I love my Samsung (I have the Z fold). I'm Stage Krew and I'm an OG on the app so NOT TOO MUCH ON ANDROID 😂😂😂 P.S. So far, apps look great on this phone, especially streaming/videos!

📠📠📠📠 what else are you supposed to do at work? When I worked at a hospital I would purposely have my shows and gossip sites ready while I ate. I did have to break that routine because there came a point where I couldn’t sit down without unzipping my pants.
I can’t lie, I lowkey miss my corporate job. lol. I worked for 1 hour out the day and stretched everything else. Whenever my manager came around I had papers everywhere. I would be watching Netflix and RU-vid all day. 😂😂
