Fun fact: Most of the Eden raid tracks are actually arranged by Takafumi Imamura and not Soken (Soken did do Shiva's though). Guy doesn't get the credit he deserves along with Daiki Ishikawa. Imamura also did the Emerald Weapon theme and Endwalker midboss theme. You can really tell which tracks are his style tbh

Twice Stricken is indeed how I felt when I found out many of his attacks hit through res immunity the hard way

E5S was my introduction to savage raiding and I was like "hot damn this music is 10/10". This music, and this fight, will always hold a special place in my heart.

It's cool to see how WoL remembers Ramuh. Far more intimidating and commanding than he actually was, given what little time was spent as an adventurer at that moment. His massive beard becoming instead more part of a tail to a centaur body. His strands of long cloak becoming legs to a horse's body instead. The tiny wings on his back instead now being grand and overpowering in his outline.

I still love when they use that knockback animation where you just go flying.

I was in here for relic weapon stuff the other day and someone else was in there trying to get the orchestrion roll. I do not blame them.

played this for the first time yesterday and died to one of his spears hitting the platform because i hyperfocused on my rotation and forgot that mechanics exist. someone else in the party said that they'd never seen someone die to that mechanic before 😔

Okay, I've thought this ever since first doing this raid, and I hope someone out there agrees: part of this song sounds like Willy Wonka. The instrumental part at the beginning, the lead up to the lyrics, has some strange motif about it that reminds me of "Pure Imagination" in Willy Wonka. I swear the notes match up or something. I can't explain it, but I hear that part of this song and I hear Gene Wilder sing: "Come with me, you'll be In a world of imagination Take a look, you'll see Into your imagination" Does ANYONE else hear this???

I both like and dislike this song. Like it sounds rad, but then there’s something about it that like almost seems to trigger some sense of anxiety. It’s whack. The struggle is real.

Got spoiled these fights in the youtube recommendations for this playlist quite early on through my leveling so I was anticipating hearing these remixes, and I gotta say they're all quite disappointing, just taking the originals and diluting them down in some wub wub reverb electro whereas most of the shadowbringers score has these grand orchestrations that could've elevated the original tracks.
