The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, commonly known as the Tower of Terror, is an accelerated drop tower dark ride located at Disney California Adventure. Wikipedia
This ride will be going away forever by January 2017. It is being converted to a Guardians of the Galaxy ride. There is a petition asking Disney to stop this. the link is below.

My fondest memory of this ride is seeing the preshow, and everyone who was in the room (or at least most of the room) saying 'The Twilight Zone' with Rod Sterling.... like that's just my favorite memory of the ride

I swear this is the best ride in Disneyland. I really wish that they wouldn't change the theme of this ride. It's the the beginning of it that really makes it great. I know it's still going to be the same type of ride but it's not going to be the same with the new theme.

Lil B in my opinion it’s not. The ride system is unreliable, it breaks down ALOT, the audio is not up to date and not very clear, and the effects need some work.

Wicked 15 sorry but the actual ride needs major help. The affects are out of sync and right now, the bottom elevator door is broken and will not open. The one in DCA is way better paced

rip tower of terror of disney california adventure but there survived 2 towers of terror in disney hollywood studios florida and walt disney studios park in paris

I have never been to Disneyland or this version of TOT, but I love the the TOT in Florida. Even though it's a great ride (Again, I have never ridden this version, I think it would be cool to see a Guardians of the Galaxy version of this, and people who love Tower of Terror will just have to go Florida to ride it (I think it's the better version, anyway).

I hope that the ride will still be the same as The Twilight Zone version. Only Guardians style. And... What would they use as an Elevator ride, an Outer Space Elevator ride, or a rocket ship Elevator, i don't know, what do you guys think they would use as an Elevator Ride?

Swirly Onion Parks When I was little, it was just too scary for me. And I would never ride it again, but I would only ride it, if my parents gave me a toy to bring on the ride. I just don’t like it’s atmosphere and I just don’t like it. Even as almost teenager right now, I’m still scared.

Elevator ride and Guardians of the Galaxy are conflict. I never ride Tower of Terror. Last month, I rode Guardians of the Galaxy first time. Elevator Ride is more than Tower of Terror since I watched several videos. I don't like movie Guardians of the Galaxy and it is stupid. I prefer the elevator ride would match with spaceship or rocket ship or mine tour (I rode the elevator went down underground one and half mile down, the elevator was fantastic with darkness. I almost fear out ha ha). Like Star Tours ride is matching with spaceship and perfect.

I only liked the DCA version better because I grew up going to Disneyland however I don’t think Florida is bad at all. I definitely will always love the dca version best though. 😢I miss it a lot :(((

@@johnychen it’s a bit different now with the story from the “new dimension of chills”. also everything is in French so it’s harder to get the best of it when it’s in a language you don’t understand (unless you know it)
