Thanks for sharing, Cleona. I relate to two things you mentioned: "smile for no reason", it is contagious and does release endorphins and serotonin, and "time is not that important" in the sense of measuring it, particularly the time you enjoy spending with yourself.

I am not an experienced meditator, but when I did the 10 day TWIM meditation I was very surprised at the progress I have made in a few days. The best thing about the retreat was the dedicated coach/teacher who reviewed my progress on daily basis and gave me encouragement and understanding ❤
Having experienced TWIM myself ( which is not popular as some of the other techniques around), can’t appreciate enough for how succinctly you have managed to demystified this modality. Highly recommend!!
It's good. I feel some pithi when I wake up from sleep quite often. Mind is quite relaxed and fairly calm. I am going to a 10-day silent retreat with Delson soon. Lots of metta to you…
