I loved being in Twin Falls about two weeks ago. We are so looking for word to moving to the area this year. We found two grate shops to go to when in Twin Falls one is Sipps ( hand crafted sodas and sweet treats) and grate harvest Bakery/ fresh bread yum and stop in for brunch we did. both have grate and friendly staff too.

We were there about 2 weeks ago as well :-) We loved it. My hubby is Swedish and said 'no snow' when I was picking a place to move. He liked Twin so much that he said he'll overlook the snow. :-) We loved the Hawaiian place just over the bridge near the Visitor Center, a great alternative to fast food. We also visited the Herrett Center Museum on the CSI campus, it was great, and their planetarium is sweet. If you didn't get a chance to go there, check it out next time. Movies are $6.

Just signed a lease for a townhouse a couple of weeks ago here. Less rent, than my one-bedroom apartment in Meridian Lol. I realized, though, that I can afford a small house here, so not sure why I'm blowing rent money, but it's all good.

Yes. It's very different than many cities in other states.

Just cruise around town at about dusk, most those suvs and trucks that are parked up lights off are your homeless people. It's too cold to not have shelter, ie a car, but renting is too expensive for locals
